Rates:

• Single Item (e.g., one 20 oz tumbler): Flat rate of $9

• 2–3 Items: Flat rate of $15

• 4–8 Items: Flat rate of $25

• Local Pickup: Free option available for nearby customers

Combined Shipping: Multiple items will be packaged together whenever possible to reduce costs.

Customer Responsibility: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Custom/Personalized Orders: We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized items.

All Sales Final: All purchases are considered final.

Damaged Items: Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives damaged.

• A clear photo of the damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

• All damaged items must be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.

• Once verified, the buyer will receive either a full refund or a replacement of the exact item.
